Angaben nach § 5 TMG/DL-InfoV:

Prof. Dr. Christian Rohnke führt die Berufsbezeichnung "Rechtsanwalt bei dem Bundesgerichtshof". Diese Berufsbezeichnung wurde ihm aufgrund bundesdeutscher Rechtsnormen nach bestandener zweiter juristischer Staatsprüfung und einem besonderen Zulassungsverfahren durch die zuständige Bundesministerinder Justiz zuerkannt. Er ist Mitglied der Rechtsanwaltskammer beim Bundesgerichtshof Karlsruhe (Herrenstraße 45a, 76133 Karlsruhe), die als Aufsichtsbehörde für ihn zuständig ist. Er unterliegt den berufsrechtlichen Bestimmungen der Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung vom 01.08.1959 (BGBl. I 565) (BRAO) und des Gesetzes über die Vergütung der Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte vom 05.05.20004 (BGBl. I, 717, 788) (RVG) in den jeweils geltenden Fassungen sowie den Berufs- und Fachanwaltsordnungen der Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer vom 22.09.1996 (BRAK-Mitteilung 1996, 241) (Bora 2001 und FAO) in den jeweils geltenden Fassungen. Daneben gelten die Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Union. Financial loss liability insurance:

Under the Federal Lawyers' Code, lawyers are required to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum insurance sum of 250,000 euros. The details are set out in Section 51 BRAO. We maintain financial loss liability insurance for each passenger in accordance with these requirements with Allianz Versicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft (P.O. Box, 10900 Berlin). The geographical scope of insurance coverage includes activities in the member countries of the European Union.
